Estimators, quizzes, and calculators provided on this site (including the Driveway Asphalt Estimator and Seal or Repave Diagnostic) provide mathematical and informational approximations only. They do not constitute binding contracts or final quotes. Final proposals require an on-site property inspection by owner Dale to assess grading, drainage, and stone base conditions.

2. Contracts & Pennsylvania Law

All paving services performed by DSP Paving are governed by formal written contracts compliant with Pennsylvania's Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act (HICPA), including the statutory 3-day right to cancel on applicable residential contracts.

3. Intellectual Property

The DSP Paving logo, custom graphics, text content, and branding are the property of DSP Paving, LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
